Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (at your own expense).
For preorders, since it made-to-order, we will not refund if the production is launched. We will inform customer that preordered when the production is launched.
If the customer refuses the package prior to delivery and it's returned to us, a refund can be issued, excluding transportation fees (40 EURO) and associated expenses. Please note that some courier service will charge the duties and taxes they have paid before the delivery, if it happen we will deduct it to the refund, you will have to claim back to your customs office.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags never been removed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, reason of the refund request and pictures of the products.
To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty to all our watches (straps not included), our warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided on the manual. If you wish to use your warranty please contact our service here. Our matchmakers will inspect and repair your watch. In the event we are no able to repair the watch we might send you a new one (same model but serial number shall change).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
