How to set the time and manually wind the mainspring
The crown of your watch is pushed on positon A to guarantee optimal water resistance. The crown must on position B to set the time and the date. After settings are done make sure it is properly pushed on positon A again. The water resistance is only guaranteed when the crown is properly in position.
The mechanism of the watch has an oscillating rotor that winds the mainspring via the motion of your wrist. The mainspring will then power the watch for approximately 42 hours. If the wearer is semi active, the watch can wind fully in 4-8 hours. The watch is also equipped with a manual winding mechanism. When your watch is completely stopped, we recommend to manually wind the mainspring. Follow these steps:

1. Put the crown to position A.
2. Turn the crown clockwise 15 to 20 times to wind up the mainspring.
3. Keep the crown to position A.
If it is your daily wear watch it should already be fully wound. Only wind the watch, if it stops after its power reserve has run out.
To set the time of your watch follow these steps:
1. Put the crown to position B.
2. Turn the crown clockwise to set hour and minute hands to set the time.
3. Push the crown back to position A.

Precautions and preventative measures
• TEMPERATURE & SHOCKS
Extreme variation of temperature and shocks may cause damage to your watch and its mechanism. It is important not to expose your watch to sudden temperature changes (exposure to sunlight followed by immersion in cold water) or extreme temperatures [over 60°C (140°F) or below 0°C (32°F).
While your watch is waterproof (5ATM), it is not recommended to wearing it during showering or washing dishes, it can result in a sudden change of temperature.
• MAGNETIC FIELDS
Do not expose your watch to intense magnetic fields such as loudspeakers, portable telephones, computers or refrigerators and other electromagnetic appliances.
• HARMFUL PRODUCTS
We recommend to avoid direct contact with perfumes, detergents, solvents, and cosmetic products etc.,
It may damage the straps, the case and/or the joints.
• CARE
We suggest to clean the case and bracelet regularly using a soft cloth to prevent any corrosion caused by perspiration. All water-resistant watches can be cleaned with a toothbrush and soapy water, and then dried with a soft cloth. After being worn in the sea, the watch must be rinsed with warm freshwater and then dried completely.
• WATER RESISTANCE
Water resistance of watches is rated based on laboratory pressure tests comparable to a swimmer or diver sitting still at that pressure level. However, many water-based activities involve a lot of movement and other environmental changes. These exceptions to how the watch was rated may challenge or defeat the water protection features of a water-resistant watch.
The water resistance of a watch cannot permanently be guaranteed. It may be affected by ageing of gaskets or by accidental shock to the crown. Your watch is 5atm / 50m 165ft, when the crown is closed is will resist to water splashes, rain, shower & bath with no direct stream. On the other hand, the strap, need to avoid the contact of the water.
Also, never activate the time-setting crown and/or the pushers while the watch is under water and make sure that the crown has been pushed down tightly after every operation.
And, do not under any circumstances open the watch yourself.
