Pre-order means that the watch has not yet been produced.

When pre-ordering, you pay for the product in order to reserve it before it’s available for general public.

 

 

Pre-orders will start in September 2022 and we plan to ship first orders by May 2023.

 

 

We estimate the shipment of the first orders by May 2023.

 

 

Please contact our customer service team at hello@manime-watches.com to modify or cancel your order before shipping it. We also invite you to read our Terms of service. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. For pre-orders, please be aware that we cannot proceed to refund once production has started.

 

 

After the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please also check your spam inbox in case you have not received this.

Delivery is done by an external courier service provider. Please be aware, that we have no control on the delivery times. Delivery times are estimated based on the delivery address and mode of transport selected. We suggest you to track your order directly on the courier service provider website. For pre-orders, shipping will happen only when production is finished.

 

 

We strongly recommend you to check the product immediately after receiving it. In case you received wrong or damaged products, please contact our customer service department immediately at hello@manime-watches.com . We also recommend to read the instructions manual before using the watch.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the value of the merchandise.

Ami Watch cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note that in rare occasions custom agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
