Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the world, with the exception of Afghanistan, Argentina, Belarus, Cuba, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and Antarctica.

This list is non exhaustive and Manime Watches Company reserves the right to cancel an order if the conditions are not met. If you have any question you can reach out to us here.

Do I have to pay for the delivery?

Don't worry we got you covered! We offer free international shipping for orders over 100 EUR. We use international courier service such as UPS, DHL or Fedex.

How do I track my order?

After the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, and once the order ready another email with a tracking number. Please also check your spam inbox in case you have not received this.

Delivery is done by an external courier service provider. Please be aware, that we have no control on the delivery times, but we estimate a delivery between 5 to 7 days.

Delivery times are estimated based on the delivery address and mode of transport selected. We suggest you to track your order directly on the courier service provider website. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team here.

For pre-orders, shipping will happen only when production is finished.

Do I have to pay any additional cost to receive my order?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your country.

MANIME cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

What's the delivery time?

Shipping time may vary depending on your country of residence, but average time is between 5 to 7 days. We use international courier services and a tracking number will be provided.

For preordered watches, we will start shipping once the watches reach our fulfillment center. After that 5 to 7 days will be need to reach your home.

Return & Exchanges

How do I change or cancel my order?

To modify or cancel your order before shipping, please contact our customer service team here. We also invite you to read our Terms of service. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. For pre-orders, please be aware that we cannot proceed to refund once production has started.

What if I have received the wrong product or the product is defective?

We strongly recommend you to check the product immediately after receiving it. In case you received wrong or damaged products, please contact our customer service department immediately here. We also recommend to read the instructions manual before using the watch.

How do I return the product?

If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (at your own expense), please follow instructions on the refund page

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects occurring during normal use. We will replace free of charge any defective components due to a manufacturing error found by our workshop. For more info please check this page.

We offer a 1-year no-hassle warranty for all our models. For more info please check this page.

The innovative design is crafted by a French mind, while the components are predominantly sourced from China and Japan. Additionally, our efficient distribution center is strategically located in Hong Kong where our company is registered.
